In the search of various ways of including as much fish as possible in our diet, i tried this pie recipe and i added the fish to see if it works, and it does. I did not have much fish to add – just a few slices of salmon and some capers and the result was good. It is good both cold and warm, although I prefer it warm. Add a little bit of salad on the side and you have a very fulfilling dinner.
Enjoy it with a smile! 🙂
